A Frame paint color, wheel style, knee pad softness/width and handle height are all customizable. We can adjust tube thickness and shock structure based on your drawings or samples.

A Yes. Our full product line covers lightweight indoor walkers, compact outdoor models, and heavy-duty all-terrain knee walkers with large pneumatic wheels, to match different usage environments.

Q What is your standard MOQ?
A For regular stock models, MOQ starts at 50 units. For custom OEM orders, the MOQ is 100 units, and we can negotiate flexible terms for long-term distributors.

Q How long is your production lead time?
A Standard OEM orders take 35-60 working days after sample confirmation, and we can rush urgent orders upon request.

Q Can I order samples to test the quality before placing a bulk order?
A Absolutely. We warmly welcome sample orders for quality and performance verification. You can select any of our standard models, and we will arrange the shipment within 3 working days. The sample fee can be fully deducted from your first formal bulk order, helping you reduce the pre-order verification cost.
