Taicang Jingquan Metal is a Taiwan-funded enterprise established in 1997. The enterprise covers a land area of 11,000 ㎡, with a 6,000 ㎡ standard factory building. It was successively recognized as a High-Tech Enterprise and a Small and Medium-Sized Technology Enterprise in 2024 and 2025, holding more than 70 invention and utility model patents. In terms of quality control, all knee walker products are sent to SGS for full-dimensional tests in accordance with the ISO 11199-2 standard. The in-house laboratory is also fully aligned with this standard, realizing strict verification covering all links from R&D and prototyping to mass production.
For production, we have built a fully closed-loop independent production system, covering all processes from raw steel pipe incoming, blanking, punching, bending, automated welding to final assembly without external subcontracting. This system can flexibly respond to customized demands, with a maximum monthly delivery capacity of 30 x 40ft containers, stably undertaking large-volume, high-standard global orders.
